If Satan Can Destroy the Woman, He Can Destroy the Home.

If Satan Can Destroy the Woman, He Can Destroy the Home By Liz King     Many women in some way or form have been abused.  Many women have been abused sexually, emotionally, and physically.   Some have suffered from rape, molestation, by those who have said they loved them, yet their actions said otherwise.  Many women have suffered from emotional manipulation and treated more like a possession than an equal in the relationship.  Many women have been ones that have been the victim of their spouse or boyfriend cheating and having a sexual relationship outside of the covenant of marriage and breaking their marriage vows.  What does this do to a woman?     Women are emotional creatures.  Their role is so important to the home.  Many women now are more concerned about their career than they are their role in the home.  Biblically the man is the provider, and the woman is the keeper of the home.  She is not less...

How Does God See Me?

How Does God See Me? By Liz King      Many struggle with their identity in Christ and who they are, and what God created them to be.  We sometimes get burdened down by thoughts of how God could love someone like me. Or if you screw up you get burdened down with thoughts of God loves you less.  This is the farthest thing from the truth.  We are fallen man.  We are by nature, sinful.  We were created not to be, but due to the disobedience of Adam and Eve, we now face trials that make us feel unworthy or less than enough.  First of all, there is NOTHING we can do to earn forgiveness or be reconnected to our heavenly Father on our own merit.  It is ONLY by the grace of God and death and resurrection of Jesus that we even have the chance to have eternal life with the King of kings and Lord of lords!  He gives it freely as a gift, all we have to do is accept it and trust the power of it.   Many choose not t...

The Danger of Becoming Stagnant

The Danger of Becoming Stagnant By Liz King     There is a serious danger in becoming stagnant in our faith.  We get overwhelmed by trials and tribulations in our life and instead of running to God, we run away from him or even blame him.  We always seem to run to God in times of trauma, or when we are going through a crisis.  Whenever that trauma is over or prayers are answered or the trials get worse, we put God to the side and A relationship with God no longer becomes a priority.  That is spiritual suicide.  That gives the enemy free reign to attack because we give up and do not have the spiritual weapons for counter attacks.       Luke 8: 4-15 NLT Parable of the Farmer Scattering Seed 4  One day Jesus told a story in the form of a parable to a large crowd that had gathered from many towns to hear him:   5  “A farmer went out to plant his seed. As he scattered it across his field, some seed fell on a fo...

What if?????

What If?? By Liz King     I live in Kentucky and there is something happening with young people at Asbury College, REVIVAL.  The Great Awakening also started in Kentucky at Red River meeting house.  I never thought I'd get to live during such a movement.  The 60's and 70's had the Jesus Revolution, which the movie was recently released at the same time as the Asbury revival is breaking out.  This is no coincidence.  Everything happens in God's timing.       My chiropractor went to the revival taking his t wo children with him.  He told me they did not want to leave.  The Holy Spirit is moving among the young people. the young people are the ones who are the future . This will never change. Young people are the ones searching for truth and their brains do not fully form till they are 25.  By the age of 25 our ideals and opinions are pretty much solidified.  God is personally reaching out to the young people...
